The 2nd Budapest Data Workshop on Large Language Models and Generative AI: Social Science Applications and Legal Aspects will take place on November 21-22, 2024 at the poltextLAB research laboratory at the HUN-REN Centre for Social Sciences.The workshop’s aim is to bring together scholars and hold data and method-related presentations on applying open large language models (LLMs), such as BERT, and open generative AI solutions, such as Llama, to social research.

Duration: November 21st, 2024 (Thursday), - November 22nd, 2024 (Friday).

Venue: Centre for Social Sciences, 4 Tóth Kálmán utca, Budapest 1097 (Google Maps).

Target Audience: The workshop targets all career levels.

Participation: Each accepted proposal will be allocated a 12-minute presentation slot, followed by a Q&A session. The abstract should be no longer than 300 words.
